The We Are All Brooklyn (WAAB) Coalition was born in the aftermath of 9/11 and is a coalition of more than 75 community and faith-based organizations. 
We Are All Brooklyn is a proud recipient
of a grant from Brooklyn Community Foundation.
We Are All Brooklyn receives technical and coalition building assistance from CAUSE-NY,
a division of the Jewish Community Relations Council of New York.
The Jewish Community Relations Council is an affiliate of the UJA-Federation of New York.
Am I Eligible to Apply for the Fellowship?
Candidates for the Fellowship must:
·Be a young leader between the ages of 25-40 years old.
·Currently work in a program or agency serving Brooklyn.
·Have a minimum of 3 years working in a community-based,     non-profit, faith-based, or government organization.
·Be dedicated to improving and serving the neighborhoods of Brooklyn.
·Be committed to and have a demonstrated record of promoting inclusion and diversity.
·Have a history of civic participation and leadership.
·Possess proven leadership qualities, a passion to help those in need, and a clear vision for the future. 
·Be a self-starter.
·Be highly motivated to improve their professional development and personal growth.
·Receive a recommendation and approval to participate in the program in writing from their Agency Executive Director, Immediate Supervisor, or Agency Board Member.

What is the time commitment for the Fellowship?
·Fellows must attend a general seminar one morning per month, and participate in action committee meetings once per month.
·Fellows are expected to spend time outside the seminar working on their action committee project.
·Fellows must participate in a full day community service project.
·Fellows will have the opportunity to participate in additional trainings and events through We Are All Brooklyn and CAUSE-NY.

·Signed Agency Commitment Letter
·One Passport Size Photo (2x2 inches)

What happens after I have submitted my completed application?
·Final candidates will participate in a group interview
·Applicants will be notified of final decisions by Monday, August 22, 2011.
